Located 140 miles north of Phoenix at the intersections of Highways 89 and 66, Flagstaff Mall is Northern Arizona’s only enclosed regional shopping center. In its role as the region’s retail hub, the mall serves a geographically expansive trade area that extends 150 miles north to Page on the Arizona/Utah border and 100 miles east along I-40 to Holbrook.

In addition to the traditional indoor shopping environment, Phase I of The Marketplace at Flagstaff Mall will open in fall 2007. Situated on an adjacent 40 acre parcel, an inviting collection of retail, entertainment and dining offerings in an outdoor, village-like setting will occupy an additional 407,000 square feet. Connecting these elements is a series of streets, walkways, terraces, plazas and other outdoor community gathering spaces that will open to views of Mount Elden situated in the country’s largest Ponderosa Pine Tree Forest.
