Located 140 miles north of Phoenix at the intersections of Highways 89 and 66, Flagstaff Mall is Northern Arizona’s only enclosed regional shopping center. In its role as the region’s retail hub, the mall serves a geographically expansive trade area that extends 150 miles north to Page on the Arizona/Utah border and 100 miles east along I-40 to Holbrook. The trade area stretches 30 miles to the west to include the communities of Seligman and Kingman, and extends 50 miles to the south to take in the communities of Sedona, Cottonwood and Camp Verde. All told, this trade area includes over 205,000 residents in 72,000 households, with a median age of 33 years.
